I can't confirm this. We're using this plugin and have no such issues.

Hello,
We use the Structures Limit plugin on ARK SE server.
The only problem I have currently is the inability to set restrictions on the Cloning Chamber.
I took the blueprint from arkids.net/item/cloning-chamber
I tried about 20 combinations
Strangely enough, the restrictions work on Cloning Chamber in the S+ version
