So im new to this config type am using your cheat sheet but I loaded what I ahve so far into the plugins folder and the shop and points dont work says somthing about permissions and even tried reloading it via rcon so any suggestions?

I bought a kit then when I tried to /kit <name> to redeem it, it said I didn't have permission. Now when I /kit to view kits it says none are available for me... Config looks normal and is validated, I am in Default group and no permission is listed for the kits in config...

Same thing happened to me, for some reason it worked after I saved the json file agai and reloaded arkhop
arkshop.reload in your rcon will reload the shop in game

This is my config for my server. You're welcome to use it or reference it. Just know however, that I do have items from specific mods (like Primal Fear, Eternal, ARKomatic, awesome teleporters, photonsentry n turrets, weapons bench, etc). If you do not have those mods, you will need to remove those Items. If you need any help, let me know!

I have validated, saved, and reloaded arkshop config still no kits available

Shop doesn't like player level >999
When you '/shop 1' it says player level must be 1-999. And kits still display when riding a dino.

config wasn't the problem. Problem was player level hitting 1000 after I bought the kit at 999, I couldn't redeem at level 1000. Gave everyone mindwipes and set player level back to 999 and everything was working fine again. No changes to shop needed

I have been trying to get this working on my server for 6 hours straight. I am lost in the sauce here. Any way that I could get a helping hand? I have looked at the config file for so long and I cannot tell what is wrong.

Used several JSON checkers and there isn't a syntax error either.

dont think the host makes a difference. idk what you use to view the config but if you load it on https://jsoneditoronline.org/ you can see on the right side the only section is kits. You need to close kits off properly to separate shop items, sell shop

Still running into the same issue, I am using Extinction, Prometheus, and primal extinction dinos. I am not sure if yours would work for me. I got it to start showing all of my items. It is still saying the exact same thing though.

I finally got it working. This was the final version that worked

for some reason no matter what I do on my server these commands do not work ResetKits,ResetPoints,ChangeKitAmount I get no response back from the server that kit don't reset and when I try to give it to a player I get this message Couldn't change kit amount can I please get some help

on another note there was a bug where one of my admins could not actually see any of the other kits I can see all the kids but not then it finally fixed itself when he bought a kit
