Timed RCON commands (server side)

I'm looking for an API that will let me send RCON commands or chat lines at fixed times mainly so I can do the following:

- messages such as 15/10/5/3/2/1 minutes until daily reboot at 10:00
- commands to destroy a.o. beehives once a day, i.e. at 11:00


I'm already using ArkAdverts for a number of messages every 20 minutes, but this can not be set to fixed time, ie 13:01. I've also found ARk RemoteAdmin which does what I want but runs on my PC and I do not have that turned on 24/7.

I'd love to test it! I have a cluster with 8 maps and a test server.
