Plugin does not Exist (New to Plugins)

Hello! I'm an admin with access to the server files, and was hoping to to implement the Vote Rewards plugin and possibly others in the future. We have Visual Studios vc_redist.x64.exe for 2017 installed and Windows 10.

Our mod list:
Classic Flyers
eco in Wonderland
eco's in Garden Decor
eco's in RP Decor
Kibble Table
Structures Plus (S+
Tek Helper
eco's Stable Structures and Decor
Castles Keeps and Medieval Architecture
Death Recovery Mod,
Platforms Plus
TCs Auto Rewards

My problem is that when I run the server, it shows the API loaded successfully but the plugin did not. I have the plugin folder in ARK\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\ArkApi\Plugin. It says the plugin does not exist.
Should I post the config to make sure I edited it properly so it loaded, or is this another issue?

Also, if there is a guide for plugin installation or how to work with with, a link to that would be much appreciated.

You only need to copy the plugin folder to the "ArkApi\Plugin" folder. For example, the path might look like so "ArkApi\Plugin\VoteRewards\VoteRewards.dll".

I did copy the plugin folder there. Sorry if I wasn't clear about that.

I found my problem. I forgot to take it out of the other folder. Sorry for wasting your time, but sometimes it takes me asking and having someone point out that I need to look back to figure it out. Thank you!
