permissions pluggin and mysql

i am building a new server, installed shop, permissions and voterewards.
installed mysql but permissions is not working fine,
when login to server show this error:

06/17/21 21:51 [Permission][error] (d:\programs\ark\plugins\permissions\permissions\private\hooks.cpp Permissions::Hooks::Hook_AShooterGameMode_HandleNewPlayer) Couldn't add player

check the permision version, i downloaded from other URL and i had an old version, updated and now is working fine
