Looking for Watermark Plugin

Hi everyone

I was looking for a plugin that can display a custom logotype in the left bottom corner of the screen while in-game.
Something like a mod that many people use and modify on their own clusters such as this one: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=523890509

As you may know adding mods to the server may result in Epic Games players not being able to join it. Therefore I'm asking, can someone who understands more of code than I do actually make this? Is it even possible via Plugin and without having to add a whole new Unreal Asset to the server as a Mod and still have cross players joining in and actually seeing it? Or am I thinking out of the box here and it's practically impossible?

I would even donate for something like this...

@root offers a mod that can show a watermark, those mods always have to be manually made with the devkit. so the mod is not free.

We will be adding a INI setting inside our admin tools mod later down the road that should allow watermarks.
