Help Plugin with Website?

I hope someone can tell me more about my idea here ...

Is it possible to integrate a website into the game using a plugin? For example, you press F1 and an overlay appears in which an external URL is loaded. The website should serve as a help and news page. If necessary using an iframe that loads this page.

Is that possible? And if so, can any of you program that?

There u can make an Ingame Help-Page with Multiple Pages, up to 3 blocks per page and add Linkbuttons.

plugins can't do anything visual, they're only server-side, besides, what you're asking is not possible, ARK runs on an ancient version of UE4 it can't even load an image from a URL, the only way to do what you want is to make a mod that opens the steam overlay and opens a page you wish.
