Currently, Dino Limiter is working for everyone on the server. You can't assign groups for now...

It is for tribes too. It doesn't count if it exists 5 Rexes tamed in the world I count how many that specific tribe has. So it does already what you are requesting.

Hi Foppa,

There appears to be away around the Dino Limit currently (quickly switching cryopods between a dino without limits and a dino with limits you are trying to throw out). In my case for Gachas which we have set to a limit of 8. I've attached a video to help give an example.

The backup system that detects over the limit situations should prevent doing any other actions if the limit is bypassed. So, I believe you would only be able to do that once until the system locks you out from using any Cryopod or other means to increase your dino counts.

We've encountered the same issue as Jayhamilton. It seems that if you put Gachas in a hotbar in cryopods/soultraps, then you equip another one from inventory it can override the limit. We set the limit on 2, using this method we could go up to 10 even. Short vid:

Btw. its the same for cryopods and soultraps, its not dino storage mod related issue.
