Check Ark Mod Updates

I was wondering if there is a way to check every 30 minutes for ark mod updates. And if there are mod updates It will give all players a warning that the server is going to restart in 10 minutes. (If there are no players online it should just restart without warning.)

i could use the -automanagedmods command line so it would update it when it starts again.

If anybody knows a plugin or a script that does this than i would love to know the solution.
