    Hey Guest, I’ve got some exciting news to share! 🎉

    Starting this December, I’ll be moving the entire GameServersHub website away from WordPress and rebuilding it in Next.js! This upgrade will bring incredibly faster speeds, smoother performance, and a modern user experience that sets the stage for everything coming next.

    In 2026, GameServersHub will be entering a new era. I’ll be revamping the entire platform from the ground up and launching a brand-new, fully modernized marketplace. It’ll feature a cleaner design, improved functionality, and better tools for both creators and server owners.

    On top of that, development has already started on the GameServerListing project at https://gsl-six.vercel.app/, which is expected to launch in early Q1 2026. This new system will make discovering and managing servers easier than ever before.

Hello,

As title asks, is it possible to install ARK API and wanted plugins in the main ARK file to test them all on single player before putting them on my main open server?

I have currently
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable x86
64 Bit System

I don't have "Windows Server 2008 / Windows 7 or above" which ARK Server API says you need, but since it's not a server I'm testing it on, its just single player, do I still need this?

Thanks if this can be answered!

When you launch ark with singleplayer it gives you an option to host a dedicated server from the singleplayer menu. Install API like normal with steps and instead of `Play Singleplay` just click `Launch Dedicated Server` it will load you into the map and allow API to load backend for testing.

When I launch ARK from steam, the console opens up, says API loaded successfully, nothing else pops up, then closes, then ARK stops running.

Installation file path:
F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64

I deleted the ARK API Folder from that path so I could launch ARK, but now the console keeps popping up after deleting the file, saying

"03/30/21 13:34 [API][critical] Failed to detect game"
