Big egg update

Added a few new features

- Added proper console logging
- Added backend RCON, so it works 100% with no "broken pipes"
- Fix the shutdown handling to save and stop gracefully
- Added a variable to use the API or not.
- When using the API, it'll check for updates to the API on every startup and ask if you want to update with a 10-sec timeout to skip
- Add Cluster options

Hi guys, I need to add more variables for every setting I can change in GameUserSettings.ini and Game.ini, and even more, because not every parameter is present in these files by default.

Is it possible to include this in an egg for ARK: ASA and ASE? I'm ready to pay for it.
