Server Warps - Branch of Teleports Plugin

Player Warp System. kind of a branch off of the Teleport System already made. Tired of using mods like infinibed just to make event areas. the ability to setup Server warps for people to teleport to (with some restrictions would be amazing)

Commands
- /warp <location defined in config> (Teleports a player to a location saved inside the config)
- /warp list (Lists available warps to the player)

Some Permissions
warp.access.<name> (Gives a group or user permission to teleport)
warp.cooldown.bypass (Gives a group or user permission to bypass cooldowns)
warp.dino.allowed (gives a group or user permission to teleport while mounted)

Good idea, i wanted to make something like this already. Probably, would also need a command to disable/enable a teleport spawn point.

Perhaps a countdown timer to teleport too if that's not already assumed as the cooldown mentioned? Something like having no movement for x amount of seconds after the command is issued before you teleport.

yep, thatd be considered the warmup method. would have loved to see it apart of the teleport plugin itself but would really love to see a warps plugin. far better then any bed spawn and such in ark
