Found that all Steam-related commands do not work and return SteamID as 0.

I use a lot when for example someone get stuck or bugged and i cant help him ingame, so i can teleport him to an obelisk for example with the setplayerpos command. But a week ago more or less that type of commands (commands with the Steam id) dont works for me because It says cant find the player with the given Steam id. An example:

This plugin doesn't handle any "ingame" commands. only through RCON.

Rcon will prompt success but the game has no effect

Well, the command will never know if you wrote it correctly. The code only demands you to have a steamID and command that you want to combine with ScriptCommand.
So if you give the command anything with <steamID <command>it will say okay I have done that and it went well I have sent this to the server. But the server can't reply trough the plugin so if it was a bad input for the server the plugin will never know.
