Wyvern breeding plugin

I got a request for adding a mod that enabled breeding of Wyvern. But it doesn't want to add more mods to the server. Is this possible to make as a plugin instead?

Thanks for the tips, but there lot's of mods that can handle this but the goal is it to get lesser mods since mods in general imao is crap!!

it might not be possible as it may have to update client side and this api can only effect server side.
