voting plugin

hello i bought a voting plugin from a dev on this site cant remmember the name
he has deleted the plugin after a short while and stopped offering support for auth
its pretty much the voting plugin that @OwnProx has created just this one connects to a mysql db and claims and stores the votes in the db so the player can claim them at any time
would someone be able to do something like this or modify this one that i have in order to be able to get it auth ?
i can provide the filles i have
