Timed Event Plugin

I would love if there was a plugin that could spawn in dinos at random locations and print out hints where it is or give out exact coordinates.
And also that you can configure what type dino should spawn in with levels and so on.

Basically:
* Randomized timed based dino spawn

Config options:
* Dino type
* Dino level
* Dino Color
* Dino loot (if killed)
* How often the dino should be spawned in
* Custom text for personalizing the message (ClientChat, ServerChat, Notification)

Optional features:
* Reward for killing the dino to the Arkshop
* Leaderboard Points to the Stat plugin

Would be also nice if it shows a client/server/notif about the person who killed it
