Prevent cannons from doing structure damage

Hi all!

I need a plugin that prevents cannons from doing damage to structures. I want to keep them for golem taming but they're way to OP for taking down structures Of course I'll pay you a few bucks if you code it for me.

Yes, I checked the current anti-cannon plugin and it doesn't work.

i use the v1.1 and not the latest version. v1.1 is only for cannons and doesnt include the mek feature.

i have it installed and verified it is working on my cluster.
