Wondering the same, I tried to add the API to my server, after i added it the server doesnt turn on. I've removed all the files from the API but still it keeps restarting.

As far as i know, nitrado support is not very responsive.

Well apparently asking about a plugin is actually asking how to use steam to connect to servers... they even put the request as solved... absolute joke.

normally i use windows 2016 standard key to paste in there manager as a spla key in the licenses part of the control panel
please only buy one if you have experience with setting servers up and don't expect me to provide much support as this company is not mine
it is a way to host servers a lot cheaper than you can with re seller's and a lot more of them for the price thank me later i guess, be sure to note you have to do the full installation of windows and the server windows is pretty straight forward that's just a basic install from there control panel after adding the spla license but then the only thing you really have to worry about is using remote desktop connection (installed already on windows pc's) to connect to your dedicated server then you can simply follow a tut or use ark server manager also remember windows firewall needs to have the exe or ports adding or turned off if your lazy and you will be given something like this from these hosts above.

as you can see im remotely connected to a pc and yeah the windows won't be activated you can pickup a cheap windows 2016 standard license on ebay for about 5$ or you can do other naughtier methods

Me: Hey, im trying to install API on my server so i can run plugins but the server just keeps on restarting after ive uploaded the files with FTP.
Nitrado: Hello, this is some advance stuff that we cant help you with, you need to create a ticket for this.
Me: So, you cant help me at all?
Nitrado: No, this isnt the kind of stuff we do support on, please make a ticket and see if they can help you instead, bye.

Then he hanged up... Anyone know if theres any good hosts out there? I live in Norway so i need a host in Europe.

Ok finally got a response that was related to the query.

They said they don’t allow plugins.

I’ll probably be closing the server with them and go elsewhere

Honestly i don't know why wc has not noticed how bad of a host they actually are lol, Maybe they just don't care and its less effort on there end maintaining server uptime

All of them that say yes when you ask them! Ya.. that's a bit of a smart-ass answer. But in reality, you should be starting looking for a host by determining if they are worth a damn at communicating and answering questions! There are FAR too many that ignore questions, push of the complicated ones, or give worthless unrelated answers. They just want your money! I've been looking for a Space Engineers host for a week. Talked to a dozen or so. The one that got my business talked to me real-time for an hour. Proof they care about their clients! They actually DIDN'T offer the API access I wanted. But added to their offerings because I ASKED for it and gave logical reasons for the need.

Could maybe make a list? I know streamline does support the installation of the plugin, even can be jnstalled via mod manager.

If they dont reply to a presales question in a reasonable time frame, you know that you will have suppport issues after. Just send providers a message asking.
