Kals CrossChat with Discord & Tribes - Cross Server Global & Tribe Chat with two way discord

This is a Cross Ark Chat system with tribe chat and two-way discord.
The discord integration is completely optional and requires a self hosted discord bot.

Global Chat

• Cross Server global chat
• [Admin] & [Vip] (for donor 2 & 3) tags
• Admin & Donor (1,2,3) icons
• Server Name in message
• 2-Way chat with discord
• /server MAPNAME hey friends to "hide" what map you are on

Tribe Chat

• Cross Server tribe chat

Unicode Support and a couple more options

* Added support for Unicode characters
* Added DefaultIcon option (Just remove it if you don't want)
* Hide local chat bubbles (They were showing the <RichColor ...> in the bubble)
* Added option for "ShowMapName" for servers that would like to hide that from chat

Cleaned up some of my ugly code
Made the discord bot crash less
Fixed issue with Discord->Tribe going to global
Fixed issue with showMapName: false being ignored
Added "RequireRoleToSetup" option to discordbot and allowed /linkTribe to be used in ServerDiscord if user has that role

Ok, ive got the russian characters working now
I'm not super convinced steam nickname is great, just cause chat message keeps getting longer
but ill add it as an option

look for v1.1.1 whenever it is available

Added option for "ShowSteamName" in plugin config.
Added option for "ShowSteamName" in discord bot config.
Fixed a discord bot crashing issue.
Removed MaxMessageLength option from discord, its set constant now.
