I don't believe you can add servers in bulk. Besides editing the Regedit itself and copy and pasting the folders and changing. Assuming you mean batch as in bulk adding.

Currently not possible with the Atlas Server Manager program. Still, have to do it manually even if you changed the regedit.
@OwnProx Once he gets back could be a suggestion to add.
