Atlas API run but the Server not listed on steam

I installed the Atlas api from you on a Windows server. When the Atlas server starts, it also shows the window as shown in the screen shoot from you to there in white it says sewrver is running...
just that the server in the steam list is gone. Where is the error?

Looks like the server is running but not showing in the Steam list. Check that the right ports are open, firewall isn’t blocking it, and your config has the correct public IP. Try connecting via direct IP and check the logs for errors.
