ArkAPI 3.0 error on start-up

Hi there,

Updated ArkAPI to 3.0 this morning and amd getting the following on server startup:

01/13/19 07:55 [API][warning] (API:luginManager::LoadAllPlugins) [json.exception.parse_error.101] parse error at line 5, column 17: syntax error while parsing object - unexpected string literal; expected '}'

i believe one of your plugins have a syntax error in the PluginInfo.json file which is only used to output description about the plugin when loading, it does not matter the plugin will still be loaded but you could copy the contents of each PluginInfo.json to https://jsonformatter.curiousconcept.com/ to find out what ones causing it

I had trouble getting AdvancedChat and VoteRewards loading. So I can just edit the PluginInfo.json and they should work?

Oh never mind me, I just noticed a new VoteRewards plugin.
