API not working...kind of.

So i installed API onto my main server that i set up, kind of the cluster home base if you will. After that server was up and running the way i wanted it to i started setting up additional servers within the cluster. This is all being done on ASM and it has all been done the exact same way. So basically i took the 5 or 6 new servers that i set up and i repeated exactly what i did on my Rag server (which API works perfectly on) However, API and plugins are not loading on any other server other than my Ragnarok server.

i don't know what was so hard for you to understand about my issue with my post but if you need me to i can draw stick figures... here's a step above stick figures because i'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt, but based on your post i don't think you'll get it either.... let me know if you need the stick figures.

okay... firstly i'm not getting any errors. it just isn't loading, as if the Ark API isn't even in the folder. I did it exactly how everyone else does it when it works. I downloaded it then put it here C:\Users\H2OSe\Desktop\Ark Server\Ragnarok\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64 then the plugins into the plugins folder here C:\Users\H2OSe\Desktop\Ark Server\Ragnarok\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\ArkApi\Plugins like you see here and it worked fine... here is an example now of the directory that isn't working at all: put the API in here... just like i did for Ragnarok C:\Users\H2OSe\Desktop\Ark Server\Aberration\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64 then the plugins here, just like ragnarok C:\Users\H2OSe\Desktop\Ark Server\Aberration\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\ArkApi\Plugins downloaded the same exact plugins for every server yet they all work on ragnarok but no other server. I explained exactly what is happening so i don't understand what your issue is.

Does the api need an Update for genesis?
See a lot of debugging in the console...

Idk if I am speaking our of turn here, but I had the exact same problem and could not get it to work. So I contacted the tech support from Ascendservers and they fixed it. Ask them what they did might be able to help you out.

maybe the config files have an error? did you chek them with https://jsonlint.com/ ?
