you probably hit your max request limit for steam API, try to have different API keys for each server, or make half of them have a different API key. something like that.
you failed to read his reply :D, he said it was a MOD using textures already ingame not a plugin, plugins are server side only, i don't mean to be rude if you take it that way just saying it's not possible to do without a MOD
you probably have the weapon name wrong as it checks by the ingame item name and stack mods should have no effect on this, use the debug option set to true and shoot anything with the gun you want to modify, the name of the item will be printed to the server console
that's not a plugin, as I said plugins cannot load additional resources for clients, it's a private mod designed to be a frontend to plugins like ArkShop (and it's private)

you can now sell items like lootboxes for example by inserting {steamid} into the command, it will get the steam id of the player purchasing the command
when you load a stack mod you change the blueprint path's for selling items, you need to go on the mod page or find the blueprint paths from that mod and use those instead of the default blueprint path's for selling
