The only lag you may encounter is a slight hiccup with the person who used it. It is local only to that person and has not shown to have any effect on server latency even when several people are using it.
If my SQL skills remember, you can do this in the DB by opening it up in [insert your DB program here you prefer] and running `SELECT * FROM [whatever needs to go in here I'm not looking at it right now lol]` or something very similar to that. Unless you're asking specifically for an in-game...
First of all here's the link to the actual cluster rank for Atlas.
Second, if we're all done measuring e-peens here, please stay on topic, stop being so toxic and provide something constructive.

You have it backwards, should be:
"AutoUnlockEngrams":false,
"AutoDetectEngrams":true,
That's what we use, we also have a list of engrams, including modded Tek, in the "ExcludeEngrams" text file
When you do the DumpEngrams command the text puts an extra '0' at the end of most of them.
EngramEntry_SomeItem_C_0
What does this zero indicate and is it necessary? I assumed it was some indicator of that item requiring a prereq be unlocked or something.
Might be a stupid question, but is it ok to rename the folders that the plugins are in?
For example: Rename ExtendedRCON to ExtendedRCON_2.4
So I have a quick reference to version number. I didn't know if the program called for a specific folder pathname.
