Rebuild ASE DinoColor plugin for ASA.

Features:
- Configurable colors (you can remove or add colors).
- Does not remapping any of existing dinos. Therefore it's clean and won't add bugs. Removing this plugin won't remove tamed dinos as well.
- Works for every dino and does not require update when the new dino is released.
