This is some kind of horror, do not contact this manager in any case. The support is terrible, they haven't been able to resolve my issue for over three months now. By purchasing the paid version, you risk paying for features that don't work properly. For example, their built-in browser extension manager, which should work from anywhere, works only locally, they justified this by saying that I did not configure the ports correctly, although this is not the first time I have configured them, having 2 clusters with a large number of players from different countries. I am 100% sure that the problem is not in my actions. but having said that, their support publicly repeats the same thing, as if mocking you. You won't get an official developer comment any time soon. Although I used to like this manager...
