Added 2 new commands ( /lbids, /monitor )
Added ability to setup multiple leaderboards, use /monitor (this needs tribe logs from different clusters to be posted in different channels)
/lbids - Lists all Leaderboard ID's you have made with /monitor
/monitor {channelID} {lbid} - Make the bot listen for tribe logs in Channel ID, and add them to leaderboard with id: LBID (Example ID: Main)
Added ability to setup automatic updates to the leaderboard every x minutes
