Idea: Dino spawning / respawning could use it's own thread / cpu core.
Impact on server:
Bad: More cpu usage per map if there is server cluster.
Good: There will be "less" lag, if server admins decides to wipe dino or reload (kill) them.
Obstacle: Maybe not possible to hook it up or engine...
Possible solution:
A: Server logs where play has died.
B: Server takes last coordinate and respawns player there.
C: If server has detected an obstacle, which begins with "wall". It will teleport him away 20~ meters from complete structure.
D: If server detected, player will respawn...
