Help Menu - A customizable help menu for players

Features:

• Easily add new menus and menu items in the config.
• Customizable config options

Chat Commands:

• /help - Shows the help menu.

Console Commands:

• HelpMenu.Reload - Reloads the config file.

RCON Commands:

• HelpMenu.Reload - Reloads the config file.

Config example:

I was just looking at that today lol, I just started up a couple of Ark servers and realized I need one for ark. I think I may be able to make this one work for both with a little rewrite of the code, gonna try soon when I get time.

Hi. Sorry, but in ARK Help menu there is no discussion thread. My question is - there's no full Unicode support for it. So Menu display Cyrillic correctly, but rest fields show "??????" instead
