Plugin Licence: wrong licence specified, what can i do?

Hello,
i bough the "VIP" Plugin. At the "Your licenses" Link i set our normal Website URL and i think that was wrong?! The VIP Plugin doesnt load on our Server (The IP there is different then the Website Adress). Now i cant change the Link, what can i do?

Its now 3 days... And i think i only have a problem here on arkserverapi.com? There is a Link called "your licenses" where i needet to add an link for the VIP Plugin, i set a wrong Link (i thought i need to write our website url?! but i think i need to write there our server ip i guess..) and cant change it now...
