How to get "Server API" started?

Howdy!

I let my host company upload the ArkApi folder and copied "VoteRewards" to the plugins folder.
In the setup instruction video of ArkApi there is a start.bat file which executes the program.
This bat is not existing in my folder. Well, no problem to make one, but what goes inside?

that start.bat starts the server, not the API, the API is automatically loaded when you start the server

Okay, it loads fine and I got a reward, but not in the way I wanted.
I don't want any dinos as reward, so I deleted the dino part completely.

I thought I would gain only one of the defined items, but what I got was:

• 4 swords (which are defined in the other vote sites)
• 28 fungal wood
• 53 red gems
• 16 green gems
• 20 condensed gas
• 58 element dust

Isn't it possible to define more than one item?

And when I try to claim the reward a second time only the message: "Checking for votes please wait..." pops up
and the message "There are no rewards to claim." does not show up.

Any further help with this is much appreciated. Thanks!
