Hello guys im trying to create a hook that will show tribe members on map

im trying to find a way to get the hook to show up in your Map as long as it meets the same tribe id. i was looking at the Server Api Hooker Creator and its so much that pop up and i think i found it but not certain on the user part.

As far as i have tried i cannot got the pins on the map to replicate to clients
