DiscordAddon - Adds /verify and /resetdiscord commands!

DiscordAddon
Adds a way to connect Discord accounts with server players.

• A Discord Bot is required for this to fully work and is still into development, it will be released soon (this week)!

Chat commands

• /verify <discordUsername#1234> | Adds your username to database and creates a 4 digits code.
• /resetdiscord | Deletes the discord username from database.
