DinoColors - Configurable dino colors.

## Rebuild ASE DinoColor plugin for ASA.

## Features:
- Configurable colors (you can remove or add colors).
- Does not remapping any of existing dinos. Therefore it's clean and won't add bugs. Removing this plugin won't remove tamed dinos as well.

maybe not in this plugin. This plugin just colors wild dinosaurs when it appear. I don't think there's anywhere to add groups here

i should read better - still great idea for random colors in the wild dino world -
I was thinking player could choose to color their own dinos , my mistake.

Having an issue with the dino color plugin stalling the loading of plugins on one of my servers. On another the server was in repeat crash/load loop, I took out the plugin and it launched just fine. Figured Id give ya a heads up.
