The recent Atlas update, adding xbox crossplay support, broke all of the plugins depending on steam IDs. What used to be the steam id within the API is now some sort of session ID. The permissions, shop, chat, and other plugins dependent upon valid steam IDs are all broken since this update. Let me know if you need any further information. Thanks!

We have the same issue on our servers.

I would love if the plugins/API could be updated to be compatible with crossplay, as I intend to run a crossplay server and I'm sure others do too

I haven't heard anything ... not even "Sorry, I don't have time right now".... absolute silence.

Hotfixes are coming out. Waiting on Oct 8th for atlas to release some backend details regarding the new cross-play system on Xbox. Devs are aware and are working on hotfixes. Shouldn't be long.

Would love a fix soon, spent hundreds of $$ on these plugins to not work after a month lol, I seriously wouldnt mind paying $$$ for it to be updated or pay for the api and shop so that way maybe more inclined to fix these things sooner :P

You can always go to the front page https://arkserverapi.com/ and click the donate button. Certainly helps support the devs.

Apologize for the delay, it should be fixed now.
