ARK Root Server Problems with Meks and server crashes?

Hello, I'm an admin of an unofficial x10 server.
We have problems with Meks since this season, they do not damage structures, does anyone know what could be the cause?
We also have problems with server crashes: If you overcapped traveled, the server on which you traveled crashes.

If someone knows what it could be or has an idea about it and would be willing to help us then please write it

does the server crash completely or does it just freeze?
What API/Mods do you use?

if you are running nocannon plugin thats why meks don't damage structures
