Does this plugin support whitelisting to allow players to enter a full server, so not exclusively joining people?

The API update doesnt fix the permissions [11:29:10] > permissions.add steamid vip [11:29:10] Player or group does not exist [11:29:33] 1) Admins - *; 2) Default - 3) vip - 4) vip2 - 5) vip3 - What to do?
