timed server rcon commands plugin

looking for a plugin that can run multiple cheat commands at a specified time.

the time can be at server start, at a specific time, or every x amount of minutes/hours.

this is mostly for being able to delete all beehives and all unpicked fert eggs in the world but i can see this being used to alter time of day or something.
