Struct type redefinition

When i try to compile any of your plugins i get "struct type redefinition" error in Base.h
p.s. all files included
How i can fix it?

pretty sure you gonna make sure you are using c++ 17 and have the latest windows sdk installed and make sure your building under Release and x64
