Ingame menu , like F1

Is there a plugin that when the map loads the first time, or when somewhat killed shows the Option for an F1 menu?
I need this for a description of how my cluster works. It's a Mix of normal X3 cluster and Speed X100 separate map.

There is a mod for this, Editable Server UI (WBUI).

but mod dont support EPIC connections
