Failed to create hooks {api}{error}

[Horizon]

I have no clue how to fix this error. And i have no idea what it means. Im hoping someone can help me. im pretty bad at this kinda stuff.

Sounds like the correct PDB was not included in this update again

if u are able to roll back ur server version it works fine 311.303 --> 311.302
