A plugin that automatically logs the players by Steamid's, Steam name's, Character name's, Tribe name's and IP's with country value, as this:

(76564448019283012, SteamName, CharacterName, TribeName, ip:64.214.22.85 from Spain) joined to the server

(76564448019283012, SteamName, CharacterName, TribeName, ip:64.214.22.85 from Spain) left the server

and that would be nice if an admin types a command similar to showmyadminmanager command on chat like /adminmanager then it shows the connected players values in the game screen or rcon .

this already exists at least at the discord level with WETBATMANS HWID plugin. The issue however is HWIDs need to be read by a mod as the plugin api can not. so you will need to install a small mod on your server for the country codes to report. I hope this helps!
