Creating or improving a plugin

Create a plugin similar to this Mutes & Blacklist & IP Ban 1.7 just add to it the ability to transfer the rights to use its commands to the permission group. For example, a group of moderators created through Ark Permissions. The plugin should work for the entire claster.
The developer does not respond to messages and does not improve the plugin itself.

if im not mistaken, wooly has added mutes to be used on his discord integration plugin found here: Discord Integrator | ARK: Server API (arkserverapi.com) and you can add your moderator group to its config for the admin commands. It doesnt ban players though.
