ARK Crash when add API folder to win64.

I instal API plugin and shop add to folder evrything like in forum but ark crash and adaptation fail:

Have you installed everything?

• config.json
• msdia140.dll
• version.dll
• ArkApi/Plugins/Permissions
  

And have you installed Microsoft Visual C++?
Requirements:

• Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable Package (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads). Download and install "vc_redist.x64.exe".
• Windows Server 2008 / Windows 7 or above.
