Can I install the ARK Api after people started playing on the server? Since people have already built up and I have Mod SS
Will there be any problem?

I did and had no issues, however some plugins or mods may require you to send a refresh command for the mod. Ask the Mod developer for this if you do not know. The API itself i had no issues with when players were already on the server.
