I also can't get the giveitemtoall command to work on rcon.
Exact line im using from Arkon to test it.

+1, This could also solve what people are requesting in the thread about protecting new players structures for x amount of time. Would be a great plugin to incorparate into this suggestion.
Problem I can see with something like this is someone putting passive dinos on a flyer with a platform saddle and loading it with C4 and dropping it into the enemy base. That would bypass the enemy structure stuff for sure right?
Please try using "ListPlayerDinos <steamid>" and let me know if it crashes, i've tried to use it after TLC update 1 and it causes server crash for me..
@Michidu When attempting to use the command "ListPlayerDinos <SteamID>" of course using the steam players ID and not using <> or " the server will crash. This can be repeated every single time without fail. It's 100% crashing due to that command being used. Does it with RCON and ingame.
