Features:

Configuration:
PingLimit - the max amount of ping for a player to have do note during server laggs ping can go up during server spikes so its good to set it about 200-300 range on large servers (40+ active players) but on smaller ones the limit can be lower
TotalPingStrikes - the amount of warnings before kicking the player
CheckPingSecondsInteval - how often to check everyone's ping in seconds
DisplayWarningsToUsers - warn users before they get disconnected
Messages - configurable messages / commands here you can alter them, Make sure to change ServerNameHere to your server name
