A plugin which allows to insert own emote / smilies into the ingame chat would be nice. Just as the "Chat Icons" plugin already does with icons in front of the name. Emotes that are triggered automatically in the chat with "xD" or similar
Of course I know that the graphics need to be in the game. But that could install any admin with its own mod. But the access to the chat is via Mod difficult, the plugin would be a great solution!
