Server API wont load in G-Portal Server

Hello,
i just uploaded the api via Fillzilla too the server into the Win64 folder and the plugin Arkshop into plugin folder.
i have don the config file and startet the server but nothing wont work.
they only thing i cant do is the Mysql caus the Provider dont has it so i set the Mysql like this

is this why it wont work?
and if this is the problem how can i fix this if the server provider dont have the MysqlDB?

You'll need to submit a ticket, as support needs to extract the ArkApi files due to a good chunk of it being .dll files. As a safety thing, we're not allowed to upload .dll files to prevent any hijacking stuff, from what I can tell. That might be what is causing the issue.
